Power At Work Within Us

After praying that the eyes of our hearts would be opened, Paul takes us one step further:

“That you may know what is the immeasurable greatness of his power toward us who believe, according to the working of his great might that he worked in Christ when he raised him from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly places.” (Ephesians 1:19-20)

Faith is not passive. It is the living awareness that the same power that raised Jesus from the dead is at work in us today. The Spirit who opened our eyes now strengthens our steps.

That power is not loud or forceful. It is steady, faithful, and full of resurrection life. It helps us forgive, persevere, and hope again. It is the quiet miracle of grace renewing us from the inside out.

Prayer:

Father, thank You for the power that raised Christ from the dead and is now living in me. Strengthen my heart with Your Spirit and help me walk in the confidence of Your presence today. Amen.

One question:

Where do you see God’s resurrection power renewing or strengthening you this week?
